TERMS & CONDITIONS


In order for Undercover to maintain our standards of quality and competitive pricing, it is essential that our clients read and abide by the following terms and conditions:


1) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: The Liners become the responsibility of the client upon receipt--the moment they are "signed for." Liners remain the responsibility of the client until they have been returned and inspected by Undercover. Under no circumstances should liners be sublet or contracted out to another rental company, without the express written consent of Undercover. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Undercover of any damages, missing parts, or incorrect part numbers, within 48 hours of receipt.


2) RENTAL PERIOD: The rental period and rates will be defined as those appearing on the rental contract. The standard rental period is four days--which is calculated from the day the client receives the liners. The liner return date, as specified on the contract, is the day Undercover is to have the liners back in its possession. An extended rental period may be allowed if special arrangements are made between the client and Undercover. The extension, and the rates thereof, must be agreed to by the client and Undercover at the time the order is placed.


3) LATE RETURNS: Clients who do not have the liners delivered back to Undercover by the return date specified on their contract, will be charged at full rental rates for each additional four-day period (or fraction thereof) that the liners are absent.


4) PAYMENT METHODS: Liners will only be considered ordered, and will only be shipped, after a signed copy of the terms and conditions and the contract is received along with a credit card payment*Note: ONLY Only credit card payments will be accepted.


5) LINER RETURN PROCEDURES: Liners are shipped by Undercover in numbered bags corresponding to the part number on the liner contained within. Liners must be returned in the same manner, with bag numbers matching liner part numbers.


6) LOST/MISSING ITEMS: Clients will be notified within 48 hours of liner return regarding any missing items (liner sections; hardware sets; bags). Full rental rates will be applied to the period of time that the item(s) remain missing, and will continue until they are returned. If item(s) are deemed to be lost, the client will be charged the full replacement cost of the lost item(s). Lost sets of hardware (including missing parts within the set), will be charged as a complete set, at the cost of $75/set.


7) DAMAGED LINERS: Clients will be notified (within 5 business days of return) regarding any liner sections that are soiled or damaged (beyond normal wear and tear usage). "Beyond normal wear and tear" is defined as: (a) Excessive soiling: Soiled material which requires cleaning that exceeds the normal process. (b) Damages: Tears, rips, and frays that require repair. In cases of excessive soiling, and/or damages, the costs for special cleaning and/or repairs will be charged to the client. If a liner section is soiled or damaged beyond repair, the full replacement cost for that liner section will be charged to the client by Undercover .


8) PACKING INSTRUCTIONS: Please make sure that the liners are completely dry prior to packing/shipping. Liners with mildew will be considered damaged beyond repair and will be charged at full replacement cost.


9) SHIPPING INFORMATION: Undercover uses Fed-Ex Three Day, as its primary shipping method (special arrangements may be made for short-notice shipments with written approval). Unless other arrangements are made between Undercover and the client at the time the order is placed, the cost for shipping on the rental contract represents one-way, outbound shipping ONLY--the client is still responsible for the cost of return shipping. Although Undercover has no requirements regarding which shipping company the client uses, it is strongly recommended for your protection and savings that FedEx is used. The liners must be returned to Undercover on or before the return date specified on the contract, in order to avoid late charges. Costs for lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the client.
